Catalog Verification

The re-verification of every score, in public

In August 2026 the current scoring standard took effect: a named rater, the whole instrument, and a receipt of the component judgments. Every score published before the line is labeled legacy until a named rater re-verifies it. This page is the live status of that work.

Counts generated 2026-08-26 from the same class data that powers the public score feed (tvi-scores.json). Re-verification runs children's catalog first, then the records readers use most.

What the classes mean

A verified score was produced under the current standard: a named rater completed all component judgments before seeing any AI candidate, consensus number, or prior score, and those judgments are locked in a receipt with the rater's name, date, and viewing basis. Titles verified so far:

A legacy score was published before August 2026 under our earlier workflow, reviewed and approved by a founder against the methodology, with records that do not meet the standard we hold now. Legacy scores remain visible and continue to order ranked lists, labeled and counted on every such surface, until verified scores replace them title by title. A retired number was withdrawn after re-verification and orders nothing; its history stays on the page. About score classes →

Open participation around the judgment. Named responsibility for the judgment.

Ways to participate

Scores are not crowdsourced, and will not be. Where the work needs more hands, we recruit defined collaborators under explicit role, credit, and governance terms.
