The finding
PBS-associated titles are heavily overrepresented in TVI's two highest tiers.
32 of 44 titles, or 72.7%, reached Masterclass or Stimulating. In the remaining 181-title catalog cohort, 45.3% did. TVI's audited 2024 to 2026 PBS KIDS cohort also scored above the rest of the catalog on SEL.
This is a descriptive result from TVI's reviewed catalog. It does not prove PBS caused the scores, and it does not make every show interchangeable.
