All PBS-associated titles
32 of 44 in the two highest TVI tiers
A quarterly, reproducible look at where high-scoring children's television appears in TVI's reviewed catalog. The first issue examines the 44 current and legacy PBS-associated titles scored by TVI at publication, not the complete PBS KIDS catalog.

32 of 44 titles, or 72.7%, reached Masterclass or Stimulating. In the remaining 181-title catalog cohort, 45.3% did. TVI's audited 2024 to 2026 PBS KIDS cohort also scored above the rest of the catalog on SEL.
This is a descriptive result from TVI's reviewed catalog. It does not prove PBS caused the scores, and it does not make every show interchangeable.
Mean and median remain together so one exceptional title cannot tell the whole story.

A useful data product needs the caveats beside the headline, not buried below it.
The analysis does not select only the strongest PBS examples from TVI's catalog, but it is not a census of PBS KIDS' complete lineup.
Fred Rogers Productions, GBH, WNET, and other organizations made many of these programs.
