Chernobyl scores 197 on the published methodology, with Educational Value at 49 of 50. Its course card tells you what the show actually leaves behind: how a system that punishes truth eventually detonates. It portrays how institutions bury the truth. It does not claim to teach you nuclear engineering. That honesty is the methodology working.

Each of the fifteen picks gets this treatment: the verified catalog score, an editorial Course Fit rating, the read the number cannot give, and a precise way in. Course Fit is plainly labeled as editorial and never enters the TVI Score.
