The TVI Take
Disney's animated continuation of the 2010 film, set between Rapunzel's rescue and the marriage epilogue. The series gives Rapunzel time to be visibly bad at being a princess, overwhelmed by court protocols, uncertain about Eugene, which the 100-minute film couldn't accommodate.
Educational about identity formation after a controlling upbringing, and unusually attentive to consent within the central relationship.
