The TVI Take
Lana Wachowski turns the legacy sequel into a critique of itself, staging Warner's demand for a reboot as an in-story game studio rebuilding the Matrix. The meta-commentary and the Neo-Trinity reunion give it real ideas, but the Analyst's reframing muddles rather than deepens, and the action lacks the choreographic precision of the 1999 film.
Thoughtful, uneven execution.
