The TVI Take
The Wachowskis close the trilogy with a siege rather than an argument. The APU-mech defense of Zion and the rain-drenched Neo versus Smith finale are real 2003 VFX landmarks, but the philosophical density of the first film thins into spectacle, and the truce Neo brokers with the Machines lands more as plot mechanics than earned idea.
The weakest chapter, competent on craft.
